Our team assists in the implementation of curriculum by supporting teachers and teaching them how to navigate the alignment of standards, how to access the available resources, and how to layer curriculum.  We want to partner with teachers to create innovative opportunities to meet students where they are as we encourage individualized instruction.


It is advisable for teachers to check in Epicenter the student’s schedule status. They should be aware that it takes about 24-72 hours from the last date change to be processed by the corresponding department. The tags are:


    • Under Counselor Review  GSM is processing it; if stuck, reach out to your GSM

    • Needs Curriculum Setup  SSM is processing it; if stuck, reach out to SSM

    • Review Complete  Should be ready for student access; if not, reach out to SSM

    • Schedule Activated  Should be ready for student access; if not, reach out to SSM


Unfortunately, we cannot:


  • Assign students to a curriculum (GSM or SSM, depending on Epicenter Schedule status)

  • Add teachers to curriculum (SSM)

  • Change student curriculums (GSM then SSM)

  • Fix technical glitches (Tech - Beasley; SSM; curriculum/vendor)

  • Edit the curriculum or license assigned

  • Create or correct logins for teachers or students (SSM)

  • Resolve any issues involving the curriculum and Clever (SSM)
